Mount Riley Sauvignon Blanc
Consistently rated Marlborough’s best value Sauvignon Blanc. This wine makes up around half of Mount Riley’s production and is their most successful wine internationally. A fresh, vibrant wine with intense aromatics, great fruit concentration and a crisp, lingering finish.
Mount Riley Chardonnay
Blended from Chardonnay fermented in stainless steel and French oak barrels resulting in a wine with bright fruit forward characters yet complexity and depth of flavour. An approachable wine with stonefruit, melon and citrus flavours
Mount Riley Pinot Gris
An off-dry Pinot Gris with pear, citrus, floral and spice aromas. A small proportion of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels to add complexity and the remainder in stainless steel to retain bold aromatics and freshness.
Mount Riley Riesling
Off-dry with crisp acidity balancing natural fruit sweetness. A perfumed wine with floral, citrus and stonefruit characters
Mount Riley Merlot Malbec
The Malbec in this blend imparts body, complexity and rustic characters while the Merlot gives fresh fruit flavours. Plum and dark berry fruit is supported by spice, chocolate and earthy aromas. A medium bodied wine with ripe dark fruit flavours and soft, supple tannins.
Mount Riley Pinot Noir
The grapes that went into this wine were sourced from multiple vineyard sites throughout the Wairau Valley in Marlborough. Multiple vineyard parcels and clonal material means we can make a complex and complete wine with great fruit character and depth of flavour. Grapes were cold soaked, fermented in small parcels and aged for nine months in French barriques.
